Private Volunteer Events & Workshops

Bring Your Team Together Through Volunteering

Whether you're a workplace looking for a meaningful team building day, a classroom hoping to give back, or a group of friends planning something different, we offer private volunteer events designed just for you. All you need is a group of 10 or more people and a shared interest in doing good together.

We’ll work with you to create an experience that is both impactful and memorable, whether it is hands-on volunteering or a custom workshop.

Option 1:
Private Group Volunteering

Team up with us to organize and host a private volunteer event tailored to your group. From forest cleanups to food sorting and more, we will plan and lead a meaningful experience somewhere in the Lower Mainland.

These events are great for corporate teams, faith-based communities, family reunions, or any group looking to make a difference together.

Option 2:
Community Workshops

Looking for something more reflective or educational? We also offer workshops for schools, youth groups, or other community circles.

These sessions explore what it means to give back, introduce local causes, and help participants discover how they can get involved, both now and in the future.

Let’s Plan Your Volunteer Day!

We’d love to help create a meaningful volunteer experience for your team. To get started, please send us an email with the following details:

  • Your name and organization

  • Estimated number of participants (minimum 10)

  • Preferred dates or time frame (we kindly request at least one month’s notice)

  • Any causes or types of activities you're most interested in

These group offerings are fee-based to help support our mission of connecting communities through positive volunteer experiences. We’re happy to work with a variety of group sizes and budgets.

Email us at info@captainscott.ca and we’ll be in touch soon!
