Embracing the power of community and giving, our team recently collaborated with the Greater Vancouver Food Bank on February 10, 2024.
Our team of 5 volunteers who devoted 6 hours of their time, made a significant impact in our community. From distributing food, providing customer service, sorting produce, packing cardboard, to offering parking support – our dedicated volunteers took on diverse roles to ensure every task was successfully accomplished. Some volunteers were having so much fun that they purposely skipped their snack breaks to do more good – now that's dedication and enthusiasm!
This inspiring collaboration not only enabled us to actively contribute to our community's well-being but also allowed us to witness the passion and dedication behind the Greater Vancouver Food Bank's mission.
Each month, the Greater Vancouver Food Bank provides healthy food to over 16,000 individuals and families in need and 130+ Community Agency Partners across Vancouver, Burnaby, New Westminster, and the North Shore - the Greater Vancouver Food Bank plays a vital role in addressing food insecurity.
